This Shipping Policy applies to all orders made via the Website.

Delivery locations

Franque only delivers within Australia.

Costs & Timeframe

We deliver all orders by 3rd party courier. We will use all reasonable endeavours to dispatch your order within 2 business days of the date on which we confirm that we have received payment for the products. Delivery times below are from the point of dispatch.

Free delivery is offered for all orders that have a single net value greater than $100.00. The cost of delivery for all other orders is set out below.

Lost or Damaged Products

Franque uses and relies on 3rd party courier services to deliver its products and therefore cannot guarantee that orders will not be damaged or lost in transit. 

However, in the event that you think that products have been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at to notify us.

We will undertake all reasonable steps to follow-up and investigate with our 3rd party courier service providers. Franque may also offer, in its sole discretion, a full refund or replacement order in some circumstances. 


As a default procedure, a notification card will be left with instructions to pick up your delivery should you be absent upon delivery. 

We recommend delivering to a business address or a residential address where you know that someone will be home to accept the delivery.
